Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an MIDC plot transfer take?
Timelines vary by estate and by the completeness of the seller's documentation. Straightforward transfers with clean paperwork move considerably faster than those needing dues clearance or title correction. We assess the file up front and tell you realistically what to expect.
Can a non-agriculturist buy agricultural land in Maharashtra?
Maharashtra restricts who may purchase agricultural land, and the rules differ depending on the buyer's status and the intended use. There are legitimate routes available, including NA conversion. We advise on which applies to your situation before you commit to a parcel — this is the single most common issue we see with first-time Alibag buyers.
Which MIDC estates do you cover?
Primarily Rabale, Turbhe, Mahape and Taloja in Navi Mumbai, and Chakan, Bhosari, Talegaon and Ranjangaon in the Pune belt. We work across Maharashtra and take enquiries for other estates on request.
Do you handle leasing as well as sales?
Yes. We handle outright purchase, sale and leasing of industrial sheds, galas, warehouses and factory units, including lease negotiation and compliance.
What documents should I check before buying an industrial property?
At minimum: the title chain, MIDC allotment and transfer records, outstanding dues, approved building plans and the occupancy certificate. We carry out this verification as part of every transaction we handle.
